The data subjects may request information and exercise their rights provided in the LGPD through this link. They will be redirected to the DPO environment, where they can write the request, which will be monitored and replied within the legal deadline.
"The controller shall indicate a data protection officer. Paragraph 1 The identity and contact data of the data protection officer shall be publicly, clearly and objectively disclosed, preferably in the controller’s website".
Paragraph 2, Article 41, LGPD
I – to accept complaints and communications from the data subjects, provide clarifications and take measures;
II – to receive communications from the supervisory authority and take measures;
III – to instruct the employees and contractors of the entity on the practices to be adopted in relation to the personal data protection; and
IV – to carry out any other duties established by the controller or in supplementary rules.
