Properties: It provides a gradual increase in the pH of the tanning bath due to the slow and smooth release of its alkalinity, not allowing the pH of the bath to exceed a safety value, thus preventing the formation of insoluble chromium compounds that may cause stains in tanned leathers and cause the grain enhance.
