Structure
MK has three industrial sites in Brazil. The South site, located at Portão city, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, concentrates the headquarters, Research and Development, and Technical Application labs. The Northeast site, located at Juazeiro city, in the state of Bahia, and the Midwest site, located at Três Lagoas city, in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, integrates the production structure that assures prompt answers to the demands of any company.
Production capacity
The production sites of MK perform synthesis of several base chemicals used in its products. There are units of liquid reaction, polymerization, extraction and mixing that allow the preparation of products for application into a number of production processes.
This structure, capable of manufacturing more than 4,000 tons of products per month, fulfills the demands of companies inside and outside Brazil, in the MK markets.
Logistics
MK has its own truck fleet for liquid and solid products, which provides readiness and safety for its clients. The constant training of drivers has assured zero traffic accidents in the last years.
MK delivers liquid products directly from its sites to the tanks installed at the client site. It provides a project of tank assembly in commodatum. In addition to be a practical and economical alternative, this possibility encourages the non-use of packages, which is eco-friendly.
